今日一篇标题为《papi酱遭广电总局封杀 罗振宇1200万恐打水漂》的文章称，“2016年第一网红papi酱近日遭到广电总局封杀，有视频平台收到广电总局通知，要求将《papi酱》系列作品下线，原因为‘以直接、暗示、辱语等方式表述粗口、侮辱性语言内容较多’。”
i黑马就此事致电了papi酱投资人，真格基金方面否认了这一传言，并表示“有人恶意造谣”，而罗辑思维CEO脱不花也在朋友圈进行更新道：“假的真不了”。
随后，人民日报客户端发文称，人民日报客户端记者从国家新闻出版广电总局获悉：日前，网上非常火爆的《Papi酱》系列视频因为主持人时常爆出如“卧槽”、“CAO”、“小婊子”等粗口，被勒令整改。根据群众举报和专家评审结果，广电总局要求该节目进行下线整改，去除粗口低俗内容，符合网络视听行业的节目审核通则要求后，才能重新上线。
一、“友谊小船”漫画惨遭大面积抄袭，作者崩溃

85后的喃东尼是专职漫画家，一条“友谊的小船说翻就翻”的漫画让他的微博粉丝数涨到92万。
“翻船”漩涡给喃东尼带来知名度和阅读量的同时，也带来了大面积的抄袭。他在自己的公众号发文称，“这几天崩溃了”。 朋友、粉丝动不动就甩给他一个链接，打开一看，没有署名，没有出处，甚至侵权内容也有10万次以上的阅读量，“比我这儿都多”，喃东尼用了14个感叹号表达自己的愤怒。
二、常州外国语学校致癌物超标近数万倍，校方坚称达标

江苏名校常州外国语学校（简称常外）自去年搬入新校址，大批学生疑因邻近“毒地（受化工污染的地皮）”修复工程的化学废料扩散污染引发不适，学校一度于今年1月起停课，但家长控诉仍未获正视。内地传媒最新披露，校内多达493名学生“出事”，个别罹患淋巴癌、血癌，而毒地验出致癌物、有害物竟最高超标逾9万倍。
香港《东方日报》4月18日报道称，据内地媒体披露，常外去年9月迁入新址至今，493名学生分别出现皮肤炎、湿疹、支气管炎、白血球减少等异常症状，个别学生更被查出淋巴癌、白血病（俗称血癌）等危疾。
常州市教育局副局长纪忠回应时，坚称2012年的环评报告显示新校址地皮土壤达标，适合建校。
目前该事件已经在网络上引起热议，引来相关网友爆料。
三、斗鱼、熊猫TV等多家网络直播平台遭查处

文化部今天公布，斗鱼、虎牙直播、YY、熊猫TV、战旗TV、龙珠直播、六间房、9158等网络直播平台因涉嫌提供含宣扬淫秽、暴力、教唆犯罪等内容的互联网文化产品，被列入查处名单。文化部已部署相关执法机构查处涉案企业，将及时公布处罚结果。
四、联合国秘书长候选人“面试”直播，在美拍上收获了52万个赞

联合国现任秘书长潘基文将于今年12月31日后离任，现在，新任秘书长的遴选正在进行中。这是联合国70年来第一次公开遴选秘书长候选人，也是首次在网络上公开直播候选人“面试”。一个严肃甚至有点呆板的机构遇到年轻人聚集的移动互联网平台，其中的反差特别有趣。

百度日前正式启动业务架构调整，成立“百度搜索公司”。内部邮件显示，未来百度搜索公司将由搜索业务群组（SSG ）、移动服务事业群组（MSG）、糯米事业部组成。百度高级副总裁、SSG总经理向海龙出任新公司总裁，向李彦宏汇报。

七、陌陌作产品战略级调整，唐岩亲自推视频直播

4月13日下午消息，移动社交应用陌陌近期在产品上做了重要调整，将“直播”功能做了产品战略级提升，取代了类似朋友圈的“发现”。
陌陌此前并没有专门宣布推出视频直播功能。2015年9月推出的陌陌现场，主要还是围绕职业歌手和粉丝进行运营。陌陌甚至为此专门请到了知名音乐制作人梁翘柏出任首席内容官。
对于视频直播，陌陌将该功能隐匿于类似朋友圈的“发现”主帧位置，并未公开对外宣称更新。不过从今年3月开始，随着国内视频直播的火热，陌陌也开始试水运营，陌陌创始人唐岩甚至多次直播工作状态，或者在车上直播生活内容。

Opening his company’s annual F8 developer conference in San Francisco on Tuesday, Zuckerberg illustrated just how ambitious he’s become in 14 years. Facebook, he says, will now bring the world online, pioneer artificial intelligence and perfect virtual reality (VR).
He introduced “bots” that would serve as robotic customer service reps for news, weather and retail companies, and showed how he wants to use virtual reality to put grandparents inside baby videos. He also brought on stage a carbon fiber tube from Facebook’s Aquila pilotless plane that will beam wireless internet down to parts of the developing world.
The Facebook CEO has spent the past three years lobbying for more visas for foreign workers.
“Instead of building walls we can help build bridges. Instead of dividing people we can connect people. We do it one person at a time, one connection at time. That’s why I think the work we’re doing together is more important than it has ever been before,” he said.

One day, we will vacation in virtual reality and take snapshots with virtual selfie sticks. Or so Facebook would have you believe.
As part of its F8 Developers Conference, the company on Wednesday showcased a “Social VR” experience illustrating how people might get together in virtual reality.
The video, which you can watch above, shows two friends hanging out in a virtual recreation of London. They’re represented by ghostly white 3D-rendered hands and faces rather than full bodies. The overall idea is that Facebook hopes to one day connect the world through virtual spaces.

Just like their English- and Chinese-speaking counterparts, these versions can now instantly translate words and phrases into other languages, so long as you're running Windows 10. Instagram is rolling out a way for you to discover videos on its iOS and Android app. The Facebook-owned company announced that it has added video channels within its Explore section that will surface those videos you might like. This update is only available to those in the U.S., but the company plans to release this worldwide “soon.”
Instagram says that these video channels won’t affect how the Explore tab works — it’ll adjust to your preferences and show you the content that it thinks you’ll enjoy. Videos that are featured will also follow the same algorithm. There may also be “featured” channels that Instagram said will be filled with videos on specific topics.
